grants - Miksche/Gale/Scherago! The student travel grants are not subject to these
qualifications.
All applicants must be traveling from outside the US! Non-US scientists who are in the US may NOT apply for these travel grants!
Lastly, the names of awardees will be posted on the web site as soon as they are available. Do NOT keep sending emails to check whether or not you have received an award!
Starting with the PAG-XIV meeting Scherago International started awarding four (4) student travel awards for $350 plus complimentarty registration to the PAG meeting. Applicants must submit a poster paper and one letter of recommendation from your department/office in order to be considered for this award. The application deadline is 1 October, 2008. This award is for one travel grant award of $1000 to an international plant genome researcher who has NOT previously attended a PAG meeting.
