What is included in the Registration fee:
(Full Conference and Student Rates): Program Materials, 5 Days Continental Breakfast and Coffee Breaks, 3 Days lunch (Monday - Wednesdsay), 1 Reception and 1 Dinner Banquet. (See below for weekend rate information.)

For university, non-profit, and Government participants, the fee for PAG-XVIII will be:
$ 550 advance registration if submitted to the secure website or postmarked by 2 November 2009
$ 650 if submitted to the secure web site or postmarked after 2 November 2009.
$ 750 on-site registration.

For industry participants, the fee for PAG-XVIII will be:
$ 775 advance registration postmarked by 2 November 2009
$ 875 if postmarked after 2 November 2009.
$ 975 on-site registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Please register early - On-site registration is discouraged:

For students (undergraduate and graduate) and retired plant and animal genome researchers, the subsidized fee for PAG-XVIII will be:

$ 375 Student (Pre-Ph.D.)
$ 425 late advance registration, postmarked or submitted after 2 November 2009
$ 475 on-site in San Diego
Registration (For students this requires a letter of certification from your department chairperson.)

For those attendees who come only for the weekend workshops there is weekend rate at PAG-XVIII.
The subsidized fee will be: For university, non-profit, and Government participants, the weekend rate (Saturday and Sunday), will be:
$ 400 advance registration, postmarked or submitted by 2 November 2009
$ 450 late advance registration, postmarked or submitted after 2 November 2009
$ 500 on-site in San Diego

For Industry and all other participants, the weekend rate (Saturday and Sunday), will be:
$ 500 advance registration, postmarked or submitted by 2 November 2009
$ 550 late advance registration, postmarked or submitted after 2 November 2009
$ 600 on-site in San Diego

All payments MUST be in US dollars.

Scherago International now accepts credit cards for payment of the registration fee.
The ONLY two credit cards accepted are: VISA and MasterCard.

For those who wish to FAX their registration to Scherago, you can print out a registration form by clicking here.

If you do not have a US bank check, you may send the registration fee by a wire transfer. For details on how to send a wire transfer plese contact Darrin Scherago Scherago International by e-mail (darrins@scherago.com) or fax (1-201-653-5705).
If you do not receive a faxed confirmation letter after sending your wire transfer, please follow up by contacting Scherago International prior to the meeting. DO NOT leave for the meeting without your confirmation.

The registration fee includes one copy of the printed conference abstracts, conference souvenir, a pre-registration list (including the e-mail addresses of the participants), Saturday - Thursday continental breakfasts, coffee tea, and soda breaks, Sunday evening opening reception, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday lunches, Monday evening Wine & Cheese Reception, Wednesday evening dinner and dancing.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by Scherago International by December 2, 2009 in order to receive a refund. A $50.00 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. After December 2, 2009 no refunds will be issued.
